  1. 1

    Create your account

Open the app and sign up. A free trial is available when you start. Most boards can finish the first setup in about 15 minutes, without a demo or a salesperson.

  2. 2

    Add properties and invite owners

Add each home, then assign an owner by email. BoostHOA finds their account or creates one, and that owner can log in to their own property.

  3. 3

Connect Stripe before anyone is charged

Each association connects its own Stripe account, and dues go to that account. Owners cannot pay an assessment until Stripe is connected. BoostHOA does not store card numbers.

  4. 4

    Issue dues

Create a one-off charge, a bulk assessment, or recurring dues that are issued on a schedule — monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Owners pay by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, or by ACH. BoostHOA does not keep a card on file for autopay, and it does not add late fees on its own. Before you bill everyone, do a test run: add a test property with your own email, send it a charge, and check that the email and payment page look right.

  5. 5

    Share documents

Upload bylaws, meeting minutes, and community rules once. Owners can find and download them from their portal.

  6. 6

    Send feedback

Tell us what should work better. Email feedback@boosthoa.com. We read it and use it to improve the product.

Questions

Do I need a demo before I can start?

No. Create an account and set the association up yourself. There is no sales call to book.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You start free when you sign up.

When can owners pay?

After the association's Stripe account is connected. Owners pay an open charge by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or by ACH bank transfer.

Does BoostHOA store cards or run autopay?

No. BoostHOA does not store cards, and it does not charge a saved card on its own.

Are late fees or reminder emails automatic?

No. Recurring dues can still be issued on a schedule. Late fees are not applied automatically, and BoostHOA does not send automated reminder emails.
