How Payments Work

Owner clicks "Pay"
From their property page, an owner sees every outstanding assessment and its due date, then clicks Pay on the one they want to settle.

Stripe handles the transaction
They're redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page to enter card or bank details. BoostHOA never touches payment credentials directly.

Confirmation is automatic
A signed Stripe webhook confirms the payment, the assessment flips to paid, and a receipt and confirmation email go out — no admin has to mark anything by hand.
Payments are collected against assessments — one-off charges, bulk dues, or fully automated recurring billing tied to each property.
